Hey Darl Mt Martha was created out of the necessity of needing a casual little local hot spot, where boardies and bathers are best.
Established by the creators of OKAY LUCY Gelato and Goldie's Fish & Chips, when her doors swung open late 2023, 'The Darl' quickly became a favourite among locals and the place to get the coldest beer on tap.
Similar to her other projects, Stevie led all facets from ideation to conception.
